We are very pleased to be able to launch our brand-new podcasting system. We’ve been running our old system for about three years now and made the decision to switch to “WordPress” (which is what you’re looking at) in late 2009.
The new podcasting system looks a little different, but don’t worry – we’ve created some help resources to get you up and running quickly. You might like to take a look at:
- Owners Manual (PDF) – a guide for people wanting to upload podcasts and manage their site
- Quick Reference Guide (PDF) – a one-page reference sheet for podcast owners with quick instructions for the basic podcasting tasks
- User Guide (PDF) – a guide that you can give to your students – how to log in, download and subscribe to podcasts
- Podcasting Help Site – contains all the resources that I’ve linked to here.
If you had a site on the “old” system, you will be contacted in early February to let you know exactly what’s happening and how it affects you (in fact, you’ve probably been contacted by the time you read this).
